Frequently asked questions

If your situation is urgent but not an emergency, start with a confidential conversation. We can help clarify your options and next steps.

Do you travel?

Yes. Support may be local, regional, or travel-based, depending on the situation, logistics, and level of coordination needed.

Are you a medical or clinical provider?

No. Perrie Support Services is not a medical, clinical, or emergency service. We provide practical support, coordination, and guidance. In an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

What happens after I reach out?

The first step is a confidential conversation to discuss what is happening, what has already been tried, and what feels most urgent. From there, we can outline realistic options, the scope of support, timing, and any coordination needs.

Can you work with our therapist or treatment center?

Yes. Perrie Support Services can work alongside therapists, treatment centers, educational consultants, attorneys, interventionists, case managers, and other referring professionals when coordination is helpful.

When should a family call?

Families often reach out when a loved one is refusing treatment, someone needs safe support getting to care, a discharge plan feels unclear or unstable, a young adult needs structure after treatment, or the family needs guidance on next steps.

Do we need to have a full plan before contacting you?

No. Families do not need a perfect plan before calling. The goal of the first conversation is to bring clarity to the immediate concern and determine which type of support would be most helpful.
